Guarantee / Return Policy

You will be supplied with a color proof, which you will need to sign off on. Every effort will be made to match the color proof. If the completed job does not match the proof you approve, you will be entitled to a complete refund or we will re-print the job at no additional cost.

 

Production Time:

Your Charge Write order will ship to you no later than ten working days from the day you approve your proof.

 

Shipping Information

All shipments will be sent UPS ground rates. You can request overnight or 2 day shipping at an additional charge.

 

Privacy Policy

You can rest assured we will not share your confidential information with any other party for any reason and we do not sell or share our customer list.
